Ten years of production engineering and two research programs at Unicamp. The work I care about sits between software and mathematics: routing, scheduling, and how decisions get made under constraints.
Current focus

Second master’s at IMECC (Unicamp), with research on an integrated production-routing problem: radiopharmaceutical scheduling under radioactive decay and appointment time windows. The interesting part is that no published work applies an exact method to it.
Zenus OS (an operating environment designed around intent rather than applications), plus Energeia, an architecture experiment grounded in vector-symbolic algebra and Aristotelian act/potency structure.
Holographic Route Actualization, a metaheuristic for CVRP and TSP built on top of a production Java optimizer, currently in benchmarking against the standard instance libraries.
Selected work
An AI-first operating environment: an intent execution engine that turns natural-language goals into verified actions across local tools. Architecture, runtime and tooling.
A cognitive architecture built on vector-symbolic algebra. Aristotle’s act/potency distinction does real work in the state model here; it is not a label applied afterwards.
A metaheuristic for capacitated vehicle routing and TSP, implemented inside the PostVRP optimizer codebase and benchmarked against standard instance libraries.
A benchmark generator for rich vehicle routing problems derived from real postal deliveries, and the multi-objective optimizer built around it. Published as a chapter in Smart Delivery Systems (Elsevier, 2019).
A model of political ideology across multiple independent axes rather than a single left-right line, with an interactive instrument for exploring the resulting space.
Vehicle routing extended to orbital mechanics, where the cost between two nodes changes with time because the nodes are moving. Interactive simulation of the resulting problem.
A visual workspace for writers: characters, relationships, timeline and scenes on a single canvas, built because every existing tool splits them across separate views.

Patches and features written for projects I do not own, and shipped.
A framework by Johnson & Johnson for building editable sites on the JAMStack. Feature and fix work across navigation, footer, filters, redirects and the build, merged through the normal pull-request process.
Upstream repository is no longer public; the fork below preserves the commits.
A console error thrown whenever the browser could not resolve the visitor's location. Patch committed to 7.x-1.x.
Requests were being sent to the Geocoding API even with no key or client ID configured. First patch on the issue, credited in the fix that shipped.

Browser extension
Select an equation on any page or text PDF and get it explained in place, at a chosen depth, with LaTeX rendering and follow-up questions. Screenshot mode handles maths that is baked into an image.

Reads the equations a page already publishes, from MathML, KaTeX or MathJax, and plots each one it can, with a slider for every parameter. No model and no network: parsing and drawing are rules, and every expression it cannot draw is refused by name.
Game · Android and web
A 2048 variant in which two or three adjacent tiles merge only when their sum is a prime no larger than the current target. The rule change is small and the strategy that follows from it is not, since the reachable values stop being powers of two.

Arithmetic carried out in the number systems of seven civilizations, from Roman numerals to Babylonian base 60 and Mayan base 20, where the notation, not the arithmetic, is what makes a calculation hard.
Sandboxes
Two hubs of self-contained experiments with no framework, no build step and no dependencies: motion and shape in CSS alone, and small interaction patterns in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. More of the same on CodePen.
